Choice of Problem I have chosen to present my project on a company that sells music equipment and computer hardware and software. MSM is a leading computer and music stockists and is currently under-performing as a business. I have made my choice because I love music and it seemed relevant to choose a shop, which has something to do with computers. For extra income, I am also going to repair computers onsite. My shop will be called Mr Scott's Music also known as M.S.M. I chose this name because it is catchy and easy to remember. Description of Problem MSN has many customers daily and so is hard for the accounts manager to keep track of the in/outgoings so I will design a spreadsheet to help him with this task.
