The current player list is in disarray and they need it to be orderly so as to refer to it, and obtain information quickly if needs be. In the past the records have been hard to update. The club needs to refer to the records easily so that they can contact the players and look at past records quickly. The secretaries are currently finding it extremely difficult to keep up with all the current 'goings-on' in the clubs transfer market, and the clubs chairman will need to pass on records easily if a player gets transferred, so it will be much easier to email the record to the club whom the player is transferring to.
