The Impact of ICT on an adult in Employment including the effect on his/her working style Rapid changes in information and communication technology (ICT) over the last decades have had a radical impact on how today's organisations work, cooperate and compete. Information systems, Telecommunication and the Internet challenge the thinking on organisational structures and industry boundaries and fuel the debate on globalisation. The growth and subsequent burst of the dot-com bubble demonstrates how firms continue to struggle how to best take advantage of the new technological possibilities. This underlines the importance of ICT as a Business Process Innovation, ICT Strategy and Planning, Process Integration and Project Management, ICT Infrastructure and a capstone integration course.
