Statement of Project and Analysis Title: The CD Factory Background: I am helping a store named 'The CD Factory' it is a store that sells CD's and DVD's to the public. It is one shop situated on Heol Isaf, where there is a manager and three staff working at the store. The CD Factory is to reopen because it closed down because of a lack of sales and it is ready to advertise the shop to the public. The store can create their own leaflets, posters etc from some of the store's profit. The CD Factory will reopen on 30th May 2007. The staff will sell CD's and DVD's to the customers. They will also they create a membership for new customers. A computerisation will help effectively with the organisation.
