Analysis Introduction Mr Gafoor Saab owns a video shop, which deals with electrical appliances such as Televisions, videos, satellites and digital receivers. His main part of the business is renting Video's and DVD's. As this part of the business is vastly growing He feels the urge to do something with his manual renting system that is not helping him keep track of rentals. Due to his age Mr Gafoor Saab has not got the memory that he used to have and keeping track of overdue rentals is a problem for him as he feels that he is loosing out.
