Data collection is a problem in this business as there are hundreds of people who want to become member of Rileys and the problem is that the company at the moment are storing the member's information in a filing cabinet, which is not efficient and is hard to find individual records, the data cannot be accessed from other parts of the building or cannot be sent to the company headquarters for reference. Also it is not a safe place in the cabinet were the members personal information is held and easily be accessed by unauthorised users, and staff find it difficult to find individual records of people, for quick reference usage.
