Analysis Problem Statement Edes Removals UK Ltd is a commercial relocation company based in Wallington. It is a company that supplies specialised vehicles and labour to other companies. There is a large labour force made from full-time, part-time and contracted workers. As the business continues to grow and change the resources needed to operate the work involved must change with it. Due to the large and increasing workforce employees are becoming confused about where they should be going and what they need to do. I will be solving a number of problems about the allocation of men to jobs. Currently jobs are written onto a white board and then the vehicles and the men's names are written on it.
