Input and Output devices are all main parts of the computer, they allow us to enter and get the information. An input device is a type of hardware, which is used to enter data into a computer system. An output device is a type of hardware used to communicate the result of data processed by the CPU. Examples of input devices are QWERTY keyboard, mouse, tracker ball, joystick, and light pen. An output device is used to communicate the result of data processing which is done by the CPU. The most common type of output is a monitor (V.D.U.) other output devices consist of printer's (laser, inkjet, dot matrix), sound synthesizers, microfilms and plotters.
