How far are these outstanding problems related to the past? ( 10 marks ) On 10th April 1998 the Good Friday agreement was signed. It was only on 22nd May 1998 that the people saw the outlook of the agreement. From then on there has been speculation on whether the agreement would help make any progress in Northern Ireland or just cause more disturbance between the two separations.
