Their ideology suggested that the communists and the Jewish population were inferior to them and therefore must be banned. Hence, war would be able to bring about this power in order for the Nazis to establish their goals. There are for and against arguments in order to decide which statement is true. By the time Hitler heard about the Armistice in November 1918, Germany had already surrendered to their enemies, as described in Source A.
