'Does the evidence of source C support the evidence of source A and B about the reasons for opposition to British rule in the 1940's' Source A is an interview given by M.K Gandhi in 1942 and he is clearly expressing his nature that he won't accept India to fight for democracy when they haven't got the prospective to achieve it. This is evidently hypocrisy because of the fact that they weren't entitled to democracy either way wasn't reasonable. Gandhi also put across that he doesn't want the axis to win nor Japan but, his only purpose is to make India free from the British who are currently the controller of India. Gandhi quotes that India can't fight for democracy when it is impossible for them to attain it which suggests, that his only principle is to demonstrate and stand up for the Indians rights.
