Monsoon system is secondary circulation of the atmospheric circulation, it can affect the climate of large areas including south china, India. To understand more about the impact of monsoon and its related potential natural hazards, we should first discuss how monsoon system forms. Monsoon climates can be characterized as those where seasonal climate changes result from seasonal changes in the wind regime. In particular, the major monsoon areas exhibit twice yearly reversals in the prevailing wind direction. Such differing wind regimes lead to changes in all elements of the climate. It can also be seen as a gigantic land and sea breezes situation. The main cause of monsoon circulation is the thermally direct cell resulting from surface temperature differences.
