Although some people may consider the streets as dangerous they are also a use in today's life. I and many other people usually hang round around the streets of our neighbourhood, is it because we want to be away from our home where everybody controls you or is it because all you friends are out there because of the first reason? It all comes down to control, control by your parents, if your parents allowed your friends to come around your houses at anytime and do whatever comes into mind it would be a perfect world, but its not.
