What are these feelings; why are they different and how do the words of the poets bring these feelings alive for you? William Wordsworth was a British poet and was born in 1770 and died in 1850. He attempted to connect many poems he published with descriptions of nature due to his love and appreciation of the wildlife. Wordsworth lived in the Lake District in the north of England. Poet William Blake was born in 1757 and died in 1827. The majority of his poems are commenting on social issues and problems. This means that Blake was a social commentator and therefore, linked his poems to social problems.
