... The theme of the Last Judgment In 'Limbo' by Seamus Heaney The poem 'Limbo' brings up the theme of souls and life after death. In compliance with Christian religion there are three places where the souls may go after the Last Judgment, and these are:> Heaven - which is a place where the souls live in ' complete happiness with the Holy Trinity, with Virgin Mary, with angels and all saints. To be in Heaven means to coexist with Jesus Christ' ( Katechizm Kosciola Katolickiego, Pallottinum 1994, p. 250 - 251) 'With complete apostolic consciousness, we state that in agreement with the God's common law, the souls of all the saints and the others who are faithful, devoted to God, baptized and in the hour of their death had nothing to make up for , will go to Heaven and will be in the Kingdom of Heaven together with Jesus Christ and
