This means that every shot in the trailer is not just there because it looks good but is there for a purpose. In media there are many things that make the trailer seem attractive, the sounds, lighting and the camera angles are all ways of making the film more energetic and dramatic. Independence Day was a very important day for Americans. July 4th was the day they gained independence from the British, and this was the day that the film came out in America. In Britain it came out on the 9th August. July 4th is so important to Americans that it becomes a 'must-see' movie because they have a lot of pride in this day. When Americans see that the movie is called Independence
