Have a little read: ... The Picture of Dorian Gray By Oscar Wilde This book is about an incredibly handsome young man named Dorian Gray. He was favoured by everyone and was also rich from an inheritance that he received. He was all-too-trusting and mingled with bad companions, namely Sir Henry Wotton. In the beginning, Basil Hallward, an artist paints a portrait of Dorian Gray. Through Sir Henry's influence, his attitude towards life changed when he saw his own portrait. User Reviews of this Essay

What our users think of this essay:

"This reads as a simplistic synopsis of the book. The lack of title means the essay has no real focus, and essentially no point.. Excellent points that influence the reading of the book were brought up (the floral studio; the 19th century setting) but then merely glossed over as something for somebody else to understand. It's not even a good summary of the book: the ending is left mysterious and aloof as though the author wants to avoid 'spoilers'! TSR User:DavyS"
