The Killer As the rain poured down, a figure emerged from the darkness of an alley. What on earth was it? I was perplexed and perturbed. Then, from my window I could see him, the man's eyes twinkled as the light from a nearby lamppost shone over him. His cap blocked the light and cast a shadow over his face. The sound of the man's footsteps echoed around the street as he walked on... when he turned the corner, just seconds later another figure emerged but this was one was taller and looked more relaxed, I rolled the car window down a bit and saw that there was something shiny and gleaming in his hand. He also turned right as the first one did. I got out and saw him turning left into a street, decided to follow him. When I turned right the second man was turning into a car...
