The rain fell heavily and relentlessly as he sped across the rooftops. Suddenly and sharply he stopped. He was dressed all in black. His long coat which came down to his boots, rippled in the strong chilling wind. He carefully put down the large metal case he was carrying it didn't make a sound. He put the code into coded catches of his case and slowly he opened it. Inside were 10 metallic objects, when he heard something drop below him. He looked over the ledge and there was his target. He carefully picked up the half assembled rifle and quickly completed it. Then took it and aimed of the ledge once more, but she was gone. But he knew he would have more chances.
