Perfect cup of tea William Gladstone once said:" If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you." Today tea is one of the most widely used beverages in the world. The origins of Tea were eastern countries like China, India, Korea, Sri-lanka. But soon the tradition of drinking tea spread far and wide. Tea is very good for health and it has medicinal properties. Tea has high caffeine content which helps as a stress booster. Moreover, herbal teas are often consumed for their physical or medicinal effects, especially for their stimulant, relaxant or sedative properties. Tea has been essential part of many cultures and each culture has adopted different methods of preparing tea and hence some of the names are: Black tea, Green tea, Oolong tea, Pu-erh...
