A teenager girl snatches the handbag of an elderly woman. The woman has a very weak heart and the shock of the theft gives her a heart attack from which she dies. I was sixteen when I ended up in here; I mean this institution. It was not meant to happen like this. All Maria and I were supposed to do was to grab her handbag and run. How was I supposed to know that the victim, the old vulnerable Lady was going to die. It hurts me to discuss my dilemma how it happened, the whole incident. Yet discussing it helps me to cope. We both used to hang out with each other at school. Maria and I were in the same predicament. I mean the feeling of isolation, depression and anxiety. We understood each other. It all began when I started feeling down when my mother left the family home....
