I know that they sometimes may look like they are for because I may use animals or simple language. This looks like I have written my poems for children to most people. But I have tried to write through the eyes of a child. This is why I use children's language in some poems and this is why my poems look like they are for children. I believe this is how children would see what was happening to them because they are too young to understand. I have written like this so adults can see how much the children are being hurt by what happens to them. People see my poems being quite childlike because the use of rhyme.
