This issue has been concerning me for a great deal of time and I am writing to you to highlight the concerns and possible solutions. My neighbours and I have started up a campaign called the 'Society Against Binge Drinking' (SABD), which aims to lessen the impact of binge drinking in Leeds. Our mission is for bars and pubs to have earlier closing times. We feel that this will help towards many factors, which I shall explain later on in this letter.
