Analyse the ways in which designers of magazines set out to influence readers Designers of magazines have used many different techniques to attract readers into buying their magazines, for instance use of different format, colours, fonts etc. I have chosen 2 magazines showing how each magazine attracts readers. My first magazine is called 'Xbox', it is a gaming magazine. The colours on the magazine are mainly grey and white, bold colours fitting for a gaming magazine. The title of the magazine is replaced by a logo, underneath the main logo it says "Official Xbox magazine". When it says official Xbox magazine, it sounds as it is a trustworthy magazine, with honest information inside. The logo indicates that this is professional magazine and mainly that it is an Xbox magazine, with the large bulging Xbox logo sticking out. In the middle of the magazine, there is a picture of a demon on fire...
