Comparison between Nothing's changed & 2 Scavengers in a truck, 2 beautiful people in a Mercedes' Nothing's Changed Nothing's Changed is about the poet returning to is home land and then feels anger of when the place was first destroyed. He then sees a new restaurant which is fancy, posh, stylish and it had a guard at the door as if it were a fortress. He thinks about the unfairness of it all. He can tell that the restaurant is for white people only. He thinks of all the poverty surrounding, like the café nearby where the people eat without plates and eat over a plastic table top. He knows that even though no signs say it, the apartheid is still among them. As the poet has returned to his home land he feels that nothing has changed ever since the apartheid.
