"There are the foundations of a very good essay here, and all you need to do is really to expand on some of the points that you have already mentioned. Just to take one example, you bring up the notion that the character in the poem wants to be just like everyone else in Britain - find a quote from the poem that supports this! Do this for all the points you've made so it looks less like you're making unsubstantiated claims.
Also, it's a poem, and while you've identified it being free verse, think about any specific lines in the poem where there's a distinct rhythm to it, and consider why the poet used that there. Also, consider any rhymes in the poem and think about why they're there as well. You would also do well to have a more in depth thought about the imagery used in the poem - this poem is ALL about the IMAGES, so really go wild here.
Finally, you seem to have copy and pasted your essay twice, a simple mistake, I'm sure.
