A Comparison Between 'Without a Voice' and 'Blood Brothers' My piece of drama is an improvisation. The play I am performing is 'Without a voice'. It is about three siblings (Sally, Joseph, Daisy) living in an orphanage. Their carer abuses them as children and the story follows them as adults dealing with the issues the abuse has caused. Each sibling deals with the issues in different ways and we see what each child has suffered. The caretaker, Mr Hamilton is a witness to the abuse but keeps quiet. I play Rose West in the play the children's abusive carer. I am going to compare my play to 'Blood Brothers' by Willy Russel, which I have seen and studied. There are lots of similarities between the two plays, nevertheless there are a lot of differences too. One theme in 'Without a voice' is secrets. This is because everyone keeps the abuse...
