Pragnesh Patel Ms.Mullins Eulogy Tom Robinson was the honest, helpful and most trustworthy person I have ever known. As long as I remember, Tom has never meant to harm anyone. As a respectful person and a good neighbor he was always first to help someone in need. Right now the person who was supposed to be sitting beside me, with his child in his lap is sleeping in god's lap. Not only me but also everyone else in Maycomb knows that Tom was innocent man and has never done anything to Mayella, but still he was sentenced to jail just because his skin was black. I was always inspired by his habit of helping out other people and giving them respect, but now I feel sorry for his help. All the things that happened to Tom makes me think that in this world now its crime to help a helpless girl....
