Laser Light Sensor Electronics Coursework Kuljit Bahra Laser Light Sensor Aim Breaking and entering is a well-known crime. My aim is to decrease this crime by constructing a laser light sensor to stop people from entering restricted areas. This can be used in a variety of situations such as in the home, at work and wherever else security may be required. Research I needed to find out whether the circuit could be constructed using a light bulb and a focus lens focusing on the LDR. To do this I first needed to calculate the resistance of the LDR under room light and in the dark. Then I needed to calculate the resistance of the LDR under room light and in the dark while under the focus of the light.
