Microsoft Publisher 98 Microsoft Publisher is a Desk-Top Publishing package and is easy to use when you master a few basic concepts and skills. One of the main advantages is that you can use Wizards to create publications for specific purposes, such as a distinctive brochures, greeting cards, newsletters, or web sites. Once you have used the step-by-step wizard to create a publication, you can go back to the wizard at any time to make changes. You are able to change the design, switch the colour scheme or convert a newsletter or brochure into a web site, or vice versa. There is however one problem with using the Wizards to create your publications, which are your designs are not original in most cases and you do not design the ideas.
