A well known logo can be extremely powerful. For instance the following logos are almost instantly recognisable: In this instance 'McDonalds', 'Nike' and 'Calvin Klein' respectively. My main aim was to convey a simple modern image. Black and white is being increasingly used in logos (see above 'Nike' & Calvin Klein' logos) and they are relatively simple in design. The Top Toggs logo itself is incredibly simple: Two different simple fonts of different sizes with a line drawn underneath reflecting the thickness of the letters in its own size. Thanks to its simplicity it is usable in any size from letter heads to billboards which is important as it ensures constancy in advertising which builds customer confidence.
