They also have the reverse affect i.e. anorexia. A Diet is the style and way of eating of a person regarding what they eat and when they eat. Why do people diet? Humans may alter their usual eating habits for many reasons, including weight loss, disease prevention or treatment, removing toxins from the body, or to achieve a general improvement in physical and mental health. Others adopt special diets for religious reasons. Diets today Diets today are mostly about losing weight and unfortunately there is a pattern with the way we live and our diet. This is unfortunate because the majority of obese people on the planet are in the western world with Americans as you may know, regarded as the 'Fattest Nation'. The reason
