Frances Duffy Homework Tea Time. The Start:- We've just been called in for our nutritious balanced tea. Packed to the brim with protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, and even fat! My mum reckons we all need to eat healthy, balanced meals all the time because we're still growing, and she doesn't want us to become malnourished. She makes sure we have protein for growing and repairing, vitamins for our skin and teeth, carbohydrates for energy, minerals like calcium to avoid rickets and fat to balance it out perfectly by giving us tons of energy and insulating our healthy bodies. My brother and I sit down to eat, and look with despair at the correctly proportioned food in front of us. I instantly push away the broccoli and the cauliflower.
