Chosen product The food product that I have decided to make is syrup sponge pudding. I have chosen this because I found out in my shop survey research, that there are quite a few convenience food preservations available for this product, therefore I would be able to have a wider range of comparisons. Also there are equal portions of this product that I can buy to compare to my homemade version. For my syrup sponge pudding convenience foods I have chosen to use a frozen, fresh, and canned to compare with my home made pudding.
