Design brief The Royal United hospital in Bath have asked me to produce a new menu for the patients of their hospital, as there have been complaints that the hospital food provided isn't of a high standard. I am therefore going to produce a full menu, that will make them experience a delightful meal full of flavour, and will full fill there needs and make their stay in the hospital as enjoyable as possible. I will be therefore producing a project full of research to back up my argument that the hospital food is not yet good enough. To get this information I will need to: Task analysis * write letters and emails to the hospital requesting information on what sorts of meals they currently distribute to the patients * what sort of ingredients they use within their meals which could be affecting the taste that the patients aren't happy with at present *...
