For many years malnutrition has been a severe blow on Egypt's population affecting individual production which in turn affects its economy. Many solutions have been offered to improve this current situation, however not a lot of results are perceived. Malnutrition (global level) Malnutrition by definition means the failure to keep a constant healthy dietary status. Input of energy and nutrients in little or excess amounts over a period of time affects the human health. Malnutrition appears in both under nutrition and over nutrition. (British Nutrition Foundation 1) Under nutrition is the lack of substances called "Micronutrients", which are needed by the body to supply proteins and vitamins to the whole body continuously. Anybody lacking these micronutrients would be said to have a deficiency, and one in the state...
