Analysis of brief A healthy diets aim is to improve or maintain good health. This usually involves consuming nutrients by eating the right amounts of food from all of the food groups, including water. A healthy diet should include sufficient quantities of fat, including monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat and saturated fat, with a balance of omega-6 and omega-3. The recommended daily intake of fat is 65-80 grams. Fats Fats can be either solid or liquid at normal room temperature, depending on their structure. Although the words "oils" and "fats"are all used to refer to fats, "oils" is usually used to describe fats that are liquids at room temperature, while "fats" is usually used to refer to fats that are solids at room temperature.
