MODELLING IDEA 1 From my generation of ideas I have decided to select Vegetable soup and bread as my first idea to develop. I have selected it because I think it would be very marketable. Also because I think children will enjoy eating it and is a colourful product. I also chose it because I can easily access the equipment and ingredients necessary to produce it. The soup and bread also meet most of the specification points and is quite a filling and enjoyable lunch for children, Basic Recipe Adaptation 1 -2 cans of chopped tomatoes In my dough I added -1 red pepper mature cheddar cheese. -1 green pepper I added cheese to give -30g of peas my bread more flavour. -35g of sweet corn -1 carrot Adaptation 2 -1 red onion I added a yellow -15g of mature cheddar cheese pepper in my soup to -1 tea spoon of salt more colour and -2 table...
