Final Evaluation Now that I have finished my project I can evaluate it fully. I can look back at each aspect of my project and I can decide what went well and what didn't. I have learnt a great deal whilst completing this project. Creating dishes that I would not have had the chance to if I had not initiated this project, has helped to refine my cooking techniques and has matured my culinary skills. I now feel more confident when in the kitchen preparing dishes as my cooking ability has improved. I began my project by brainstorming various occasions that are celebrated throughout the world. By doing this I was able to gather a list of different occasions that I could then gather some background information on.
