Until this day I had been enjoying life going to school, visiting family, taking part in sporting activities doing everything a normal child would. It wasn't until the evening when I returned home from school my parents told me where we were going for a family holiday this year - I could believe it, it had been 3 years since we had been abroad on holiday.
