CAD/CAM Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) are terms used for a range of different ICT applications that are used to help in the process of designing and making products. I have used both CAD and CAM in the designing and making of this dessert. They are also used in both the test kitchen and industry when making this dessert. Computer aided design CAD is a computer aided system for creating, modifying and communicating a plan for making products such as this dessert. It is used in the food industry and in the test kitchen in many ways.
