... Chow's restaurant The Business Business name: Chow's restaurant My business is a Chinese restaurant called: Chow's Restaurant. The output and aim of this restaurant is to produce and sell Chinese food and other refreshments, along with excellent service. My objective for the first 6 months is to create the biggest possible customer database and advertise heavily to attract many loyal customers. The reason of this aim is because if my loyal customers are happy, they will spread the New's of my restaurant's success and enjoyable service. It is also one of my primary aim's to recover my cost of creating the restaurant and decoration and also to pay my employees their usual wage at the same time. Staff I will have certain staff in charge of different sectors of this business. E.g. * A chief will make the food and also import raw materials and order stock * In charge of banking and finances of the restaurant
