Psychology Approaches and Methods My study will be based on diabetic teenagers' adherence to a diet. Through conducting research I will explore whether or not a diabetic teenagers' adherence to a diet is affect by reward. The research methods I will use will be a combination of survey and experimental research. My target population will be diabetic teenagers between the ages of 13-19 inclusive, which have been advised by their GP to eat a well balanced, healthy diet in order to help control their condition and minimise the symptoms caused by their illness. I will obtain 30 subjects, ten from each of 3 local GP practices in different areas in order to get a fair representation of subjects from different areas. I chose to select my subjects from GP practices, as if I select my subjects from a hospital ward, it is likely that the individuals will require a more specific diet and lifestyle...
