What am I trying to find out.

... Soda mint investigation Plan What am I trying to find out From this experiment I am trying to find out how different concentrations of acid affect the initial rate at which the soda mint tablet reacts. I have researched the topic of rates of reaction using my notes and additional research from books or the Internet. From my research, I have made a scientific prediction. Scientific prediction I predict that as the concentration of acid increases so will the rate of reaction. I predict this because as the concentration of acid increase so do the number of H+ ions present. As there will be more H+ ions present, there will be more successful collisions with NaHCO particles. As the size and mass of NaHCO tablets will remain the same, for all the experiments, the same volume of CO will be produced with different concentrations of acid. Also the surface area of NaHCO tablets wont
