Catalyse + 2H2O2 2H2O + O2 An enzyme is any one of many specialized organic substances, composed of polymers of amino acids, that act as catalysts to regulate the speed of the many chemical reactions involved in the metabolism of living organisms. Method: The equipment that you would require for this experimentation is; * Test tube * Delivering tube * 2 measuring cylinders * Pestle and mortar * Hydrogen peroxide * Water * Container * Stopwatch * Celery * Clamp and retort stand * Here is the step-by-step process of the experiment; 1.
