Temperature can increase and decrease the speed of the movement of particles in a substance therefore changing the rate of reaction. When a reaction mixture is heated up, each particle gets more energy and collides more with other particles.From my knowledge and research, my prediction is that if you heat a chemical reaction then it speeds up the process.
