Nic Carpenter 11PF 9/9/03 How long Renin takes to react with Milk * What I am investigating I am investigating into the reaction of renin coagulating milk. I am going to choose a factor that will affect the experiment and time how long it takes for the renin to make the milk start to turn solid, then record the time down in a table. * Factors that could change reaction time> By changing the temperature it may cause the reaction to happen faster, because the atoms in the mixture should move faster and collide with greater impact.> I could also change the volume of the chemical (renin) used. This would mean there are more renin atoms to collide with the milks atoms.> Stirring the solution would cause the two substances atoms collide at a faster rate. * The factor I have chosen, and my prediction of what will happen I have chosen to change the temperature...
