An investigation to determine the effect of concentration of protease, trypsin has on the rate of digestion of protein. First of all, the following equipments are needed:> A thermometer> A test tube> A beaker> crosses printed off from the computer> A measuring cylinder> A syringe> A stopwatch Trypsin is an enzyme which digests protein. In the following experiment, I will be investigating how the concentration of trypin affects the rate of reaction of protein digestion. Before setting up the experiment, there are a few variables that I need to control to make sure this is a fair experiment.> First of all, the temperature can change the rate of reaction. The more I increase the temperature, the faster the rate of digestion because more energy is put into the particles; therefore they have more energy to collide with each other, so they are more likely to contain the activation energy required...
