Investigating Electrolysis Of Copper Sulphate Introduction I will be investigating the electrolysis of copper sulphate. I will be doing this to find how much the mass of a copper electrode will change over a period of 40 minutes. I am going to weigh the copper electrode every 4 minutes. I am going to keep these factors the same: * The voltage will stay at 4 volts * The current will stay at 0.7 amps I am going to change: * Time, this is to establish how much copper is deposited over a period of time. The equipment I am going to use to make sure my results are more accurate: * Ammeter - To make sure the current stays the same * Stopwatch - To keep track of time during each 4 minute period. * Scales - This is so the measurement of weight is more precise. * Hairdryer - This is so I can dry the electrode before measuring without...
