Effect Of Temperature Aim: My aim for this experiment is to find out if the temperature of the hydrochloric acid affects the amount of Co2 when it is reacted with CaCo3 Plan: I am going to measure the amount of gas that comes off CaCo3 when in hydrochloric acid at different temperatures - 60, 55, 50, 45, I chose these temperatures because I think more gas will come off it the hydrochloric acid is warmer with a gas syringe. I Chose a gas syringe instead of a measuring cylinder because I thought it would be more accurate and it would save having to change over the measuring cylinders.
